Invite friends on groups and events not displaying

Hi,

When I go to invite friends to a group or event, I start typing their name but a drop down list does not come up. This is very confusing to my users. I have found that you can start to type their name and press enter, but my users do not understand it and it is bad for the user experience.

Please can you help me fix this?
