Invite Friends form - komento disable, lock

On the popup Invite Friends form, under the text area, there's this text I can't figure out what it's for:

Komento Disable Komento Lock Note: Keep your message simple and beautiful.

Clicking on them both adds bracketed komento text to the message in the text area above it. Can you please tell me what it's purpose is? First time I've noticed this on the site anywhere. I don't see it on your easysocial.stackideas.com demo.
