Invalid Token Error when editing from the front end

When opening and editing our blog, especially on the front end, does it work with Joomla's session timeout? Our session time is 15 minutes, but when composing a blog from the front end, even after a few minutes, once we submit the blog and hit save, we get an invalid token error and lose our work.
