Intro text

Hi. I am having a problem with the intro text. On my front page, I have set up the blog for Therese Borchand the same as Panache Desai ( the two large blue modules) but the intro text where I added the readmore is not displaying for Therese Borchand. I checked to see, and both are set up the same, and you can see the read more line when you click the read more button and the full blog is displayed.

What is strange, is on Panache Desai blog, The intro text is showing on the front module but when you click on his read more, the full blog does not show, only the intro, Please advise on what I am doing wrong. I want the intro for both and then the full blog to display when you click on the read more. Thank you.
