Installed, but doesn't show up on site.

I installed EasyBlog on my site. But when I click on "Blog" it doesn't show any articles. I tried to activate a few modules and assign them to the menu item and set the position in order to be seen on the page but it doesn't show up on the page. What am I missing? Note: I had to unpublish it for now because the site is live.

Can you setup the Blog for me on the site so I can start adding articles? If so, how much do you charge or is that part of the Pro subscription I have? It's already installed so I just need it setup so I can add the articles and it show up on the page and the right column show recent blogs etc.
