Installation Trouble and Forum trouble

Hello. I'm trying to upgrade to 1.4 and get error messages on both the launcher and the backend upload methods. You have access via backend--set up through stackideas dashboard. Can you take a look to see what's wrong?

Also, when I try to search for the error in the forum, I get hits but it says I need a subscription, which I have. What's wrong?
