Installation stalls at 40%

Hi - Installation is stalling at 40%. Everything is set to green before I attempt the installation, so I'm not sure what to do. I do have admin tools installed - I disabled it, but still had the same problem.

BTW - I think I posted in error last week. My apologies if I did.
