Insert EasyBlog tag into Joomla article?

I'm aware that the Easyblog and Joomla tag systems are not interchangeable.

My question is, can I manually insert Easyblog tags into specific articles? Maybe use a Custom HTML module?

EXAMPLE: When a web visitor clicks Easyblog tag "MyWebsite.com", I would like to have the Joomla article "About Us" show up in the tag page results.

I have a limited amount of Joomla articles within my site but, in time, may have hundreds of blog posts so, it's clear I should focus on the Easyblog tags.
