Incorrect login messes up formatting

This is something that I just noticed today. Maybe this was like this before I do not know. If I attempt to login incorrectly I get redirected to the password page. i.e. did you forget your password etc. The formatting on this page is messed up. But only on this page. I do not get it. Any ideas why. You can test this by going here http://finalbug.net and entering anything you want. e.g. user name abc and password xyz and I think you will see what I mean.
