A few days ago a user has paid twice a subscription.
The payment gateway used is Paypal.
I can see in my Paypal account 2 transactions.
In Payplans, I can see 2 transactions as well.
What is wrong in this case is that these 2 transactions are linked with only once invoice.
In other words: there are 2 transactions IDs and each transaction is related to the same invoice (same invoice ID for each transaction).
I couldn' say that one invoice is missing because the 2 transactions are in relation with the same invoice.
Have you an idea of what happened?
