Hi, perhaps it's already in the plans, but can you consider adding an "Archive Posts" for EasyDiscuss? For example, it's great that you're using your own technology for the Help Desk forum, it says a lot about the high-quality of your products.
Once an item has been answered for example, and the user has accepted the answer, perhaps don't list it in the main active threads, to reduce all the pages.
