Suggestion: A cosmetic Improvement to the response form User Interface.
In the Response header add the current member users Profile Avatar to the left of the Text.
AVATAR PHOTO ICON - Submit Your Response
This will encourage people to respond with their input. It looks much better to as there are so many other items, and it will draw the users attention to the Response form. It's done on Linkedin, and other enterprise Q&A sites. And it looks real professional.
