In EasyDiscuss 3.1.8872 the Yes No setting buttons disappeared

I was trying to make some changes in my site and when I went to EasyDiscuss dashboard > Settings > General > Workflow I noticed that the Yes and No setting buttons had all disappeared and I only see a single radio button. Not sure what happened to the buttons, but they are gone.

So without the Yes No buttons I can't make any changes until I find the solution. I recently updated EasyDiscuss to the latest version.
