Improving the composer (photos) and S3 storage

Photos or files uploads are crucial for forums for the best UX possible
Like here in the Helpdesk forums the UX is not at its best when you open an attachement in a new tab and it is worse when browsing with a mobile...

I cannot upload a photo here ...

Inserting a photo is only a link... can't you add an option to also upload (storage on amazon S3)

There is no possibility to insert a photo that is not already uploaded somwhere else.

I would like the possibility to insert a photo that the user uploads and not adding the photo as an attachement that will open a new browser tab...
