Hi,
it would be good if we could expand on the Verified Members process as follows:

In our situation our members claim to be part of one or more regulatory bodies and we want to verify those who can provide the correct proof of being a member of that body/organisation. Once the correct proof has been submitted, we want to be able to allocate badges (basically logos for each of the bodies/organisations they are members of) which are triggered automatically once the admin has verified the member. We have created a custom field which allows members to select the bodies/organisations they are members of, and would somehow like to incorporate this in the verification process. So a member who selects Verify me has to select one or more bodies/organisations from the custom dropdown list, and can submit related proof documentation. The process might be as follows:

1. When a user requests to be verified, they are presented with a custom dropdown list where they can select the criteria (in our case the bodies/organisations they claim to be a member of) and have the option to submit proof documents (i.e. image, pdf or docx) that contain proof of the particular thing they would like to be verified for.

2. Badges are linked to the verification process, so if a user selects 3 bodies/organisations from the dropdown list and all the proof has been submitted, then upon the admin verifying them, their profile is automatically updated with the custom badges (logos) for the bodies/organisations they are associated to.

3. Auto send an email to the body/organisation to ask if this person is an actual member.

Would others be interested in this sort of thing?

Kind regards

Mel
