Important Problem With Search

Hi Guys,

There is a problem with search results, I dont know how can i explain but i will try;

Here is some of them
1- Duplicate Search Resulst
2- Old items in search results,
3- Old user or changed user data in results,
4- Wrong link way in search results
5- Wrong search count in search results
6- Some irrelevant results based on search word
