Images in Easyblog email notifcations

We have recently upgraded Easybl;og to the latest version. MY client seems to think previously that when new blog notifications were sent out to subscribers, any images included in the blog were also included in the notification email.

Was this the case in earlier versions of Easyblog and is it possible for this to happen in the latest version?
