Image : folder creation, their sizes, and resize feature

Hello there,

I have some very bothering problems on image management:

1.When I create a folder it's automatically created with a parent folder and the last one has a number that sincerely I'm not interested in having it (in the screenshot the folder I'm talking about is "822"

2. Is it there a way to disable the automatic creation of images in different sizes, please? If not is it there a hack to do ?

3. Is it there a way to directly/manually resize a image ? in the editor ?

4. Each time I upload an author avatar the file gets a number as prefix... how can I remove it, please ???

5. while editing a post when I want to insert an image I don't have access to my images folder structure that I've created with joomla image manager ?

This becomes quite heavy to work with easyblog and images
