I am a new comer. What did I do wrong?

Hi - I just bought the discounted bundle and my hosting company installed it for me.

We chose Elegant theme.

As a result, I got a complete blank screen without menu or anything.

Could some one tell me what we did wrong?

I want something that looks like the demo site.
