http error and a tooltip error

I just found a fix for my ES "image" upload problem that generated a "http error", as well as the tooltip in EasySocial not working. This problem was as a result of the latest Joomla 3.4.7 update that was a BAD Update. Joomla is working hard to fix the problem and will be providing a new 3.4.8 update by the evening of December 24th. The issue, as it relates to EasySocial and EasyBlog only comes in to play if you are using an external mysql database (NOT a localhost mysql database).
