HTML Title of Albums/Photos should be more Unique

Right now the HTML title tag uses the following structure:
"Josh - Albums - Forbidden Peak : Alpine Ascent"
(Username - Object Type - Album Name: Site Name)

This can be seen here. From a search engine point of view, the first two sets of values are not unique. "Josh" will be seen many times. "Albums" will be seen many thousand times before the real unique value is seen (album name). Take this forum for example, the first set of words used are almost always unique due to the structure using good practices which is good for SEO.

So what I'm proposing is for the following structure:

Album Name - Site name

or

Album Name - Albums - Site name

This will result in better SEO by providing the names first. Also note that the same principles should be applied to photo pages as well.
