Html tag are strip in Front page and backend after press Apply.

Hi, I tried to put some html into my post.

Exemple : strong, underline, ul li and etc.

But soon as save my post all html code are strip even the p.

And when I return on my website my post is just one big paragraph.

I tried with Built-In composer and Tiny MCE.

How can i resolved that issue ?
