How to transfer settings and posts from 1.5 site to 3.3 site

We are upgrading our site. In the new Joomla 3.3 site, we have version EasyBlog 3.9.15790. The old 1.5 Joomla site has EasyBlog 3.0.7164. There are a lot of posts, bloggers, comments, etc. This was well used. Is there any easy way to transfer this old info into the new site?
