How to set up profile access with only user link

Hey Mark or anyone who is here reading this :P

I wanted to know something, I'm creating a community where people can only access a user's profile using their link. So what I'm talking about is when a user specifies their shortlink for their profile, the only real way people will have access to that profile is using their link instead of searching their name up.

Please note that I suck at coding and would like if you could help me out ahha.
