How to manage headers h1, h2, h3?

Hello,

this is my blog http://www.equipolr.es/blog

1) first question:
I am new to easyblog and I would like to know what is the best and most SEO friendly way to manage headers with easyblog.

Right now the title of my blog is on every page and is always as h1. The title of each blog post is h2 when viewed in category view and h1 when viewed in full view.

The problem is that on the full view page of each blog post there are now 2 h1 headers, which I think is not good for SEO. How can I solve this?

2) second question:
on my blog http://www.equipolr.es/blog the headers of all titles seem to come from easyblog and be tied to the theme, while the headers I use inside the blog posts are from my template.

As a result, right now I have h2 headers that are 2 times bigger than the h1 headers in easyblog.
How can I solve this and have coherent looking headers throughout my blog?

Thank you and best regards,

Philippe
