How-to grant permission to ES Group creator to change their Groups without validation?

Hello

- When a member creates a Group in ED, as admin I receive a notification to validate the creation. That is perfect
- But when the creator change some content of his Group - ie. the name - the Group becomes non visible (with a VERY weird 'Error Page 404' replacing the Group page) and there is a validation pending in the backend with no notification

I would like that, once validated, the creator of the Group can change any content without asking for a validation.
That is my favorite option!
Is that possible?

If not possible, can the admin be notified that an validation request is pending?
And can we replace the 'error 404 page' by another page explaining the context.
