How to get google adsense to show on profiles?

Hi We have installed everything. The application system is great but we are having a few issues locating everything. Although google adsense code is added to application settings we find nothing shows.

I there a simple tutorial we can follow to get things working. The documentation for applications seems to be missing a few sections.
