How to find/rename a menu item to override it?

Thanks to your help, I know how to override a word in the site using
http://newclm.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_languages&;view=overrides

but I can not find the word displays in yellow into the attached capture despite the search of 'Evènements' word?
what are the steps to find it ?
