How to find list of rejected users

Hi guys

We rejected a users application that we shouldn't have, so we are looking to see whether there is a list anywhere of rejected users? As the user has tried to re sign up but it isn't working... maybe her email is now being rejected as its the same email/details being used from the user we originally rejected.

Could you help us locate this please?
