how to edit one category (forum) on a specific page

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1 - How I can edit one categorie on a specific place. For example, I have a forum (category) specific of a product type and I would like on the same page of prodcut to edit this specific forum (category).

2 - I would like edit forum by default with a specific list category on mine main page. Actually, I have list of All post
