During the subscription process, I would like to add a specific step where our member can :
- select an item from a pre-defined listbox
- associate a numeric value to the selected item
- and do it again
As a result, I would see something like, for instance :

item10 3
item9 9
Is it possible with the avilable 'customized field' feature?
