How to change showing Full User Name to just username

I am unable to figure out how to change displaying the Full User Name in Easy Discuss. Just the username shows up in Easy Social which I thought would carry over to the other stack idea products but so far, Easy Discuss shows the Full Username (First Name, Last Name) and no one likes that. I've been poking around the settings but its not very obvious.

Also as a bonus question... a quick "how to" update the logo that gets sent in email for registration would be cool. In all fairness I haven't researched this yet.
