How to change facebook placeholder image?

Hi,
I see that you have added a placeholder for og:image tag in facebook,
https://accademiainfinita.it/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/images/placeholder-facebook.png
but how do I change it so that it doesn't get overwritten when updating?

can't find any new setting in backend...
