How to change 'Ask Question' text while creating post

I don't want user to see 'Ask a Question' label, insted i want to change it to 'Start a discussion'

1. I could not find any such option on the front end , how can i do this?
2. I dont want to create a QnA forum insted want it to look more like traditional forum, can i just switch easydiscuss back to traditional forum using some configuration?
