How to adjust the default HTML code inserted when you insert PDF media?

Hi there - When using EasyBlog's Media Manager to insert a PDF file, I see it creates some HTML in the link tag which includes something like "title="" target="_blank" (that's from memory - but it's something like that)... is there a file where this is generated because I'm hoping that I can drop in a custom class in there as well (something like class="btn btn-primary icon-download") so that instantly my inserted PDF's are styled with a bootstrap download button.
