How to add more than 5 tags

Hello my tag limit is set to 5 is there away to increase this. I found some posts about it put it must have changed on the new version of Easyblog as I can't find it.

I am on version 5.1.7, according to your forum it should be under general > composer. But I don't have a composer option.
