How to add custom field to the front while asking a new Question?

Hi,

I am using EDv 4.0.11. I need to add a custom field to the front end when users will ask a new question.

For Example, Please check the 1st attached Image(Image_1). This is a screenshot from your forum Front end.
You are Giving options to select Category, Priorty and License.

Okay, now in my ED, We have only 2 options (Category Selections and Post Type) [See Image_2]

I want to add another custom field called "Your Joomla version". I also have created this custom field in the backend (See Image_3)

But It is not showing in the front end.

Hope you have got my point.

Please let me know if you have any confusion.
