How to add a bagde manually to a User in Easydiscuss 4?

Its really hard, assign manually a custom badge to an User in Easydiscuss 4. I created one, and choose the option "assing manually", but i dont see where assign the badge to one User.

where is this option?

Another Problem with badges. The text dont make 2 lines in the title of the badge, and go outside of the box. In resume, dont accept large titles and texts in Badges:

My third suggerence is only cosmetic, but i think neccesary. To give a better view of this, add the possibility of bagdes in big size. 100x100 pixels for example. This permit badges with more graphic quality and viewing styles same Smartphones.

And Last, add a new location to the graphics of badges, inside the media archives, in joomla, not in the server. For example (http://www.site.com/images/), this make the badges accesible with the media manager in joomla to upload or change them, and make the process more smooth.
