How i change the link alias for another language

I have used portuguese language for my site. Now I want to change the alias name of the links. Most of the alias is working perfect of the site. Now i am facing issue inner links alias.Like let me create a example for you.

I have created a menu for followers and when i click on the meno of followers links will work perfect. But after in this page i have get many follewers (look image 1.png). Now when i click on the "No Follower yet" then link will change and make like below

http://sitename.com/follower-alias/followers/userid:username
replace to
http://sitename.com/follower-alias/new-alias

Now i want to remove user details and followers from the URL and add my custom alias for all users.

Same as for Points menu in tootbar

When i click on the points of toolbar my custom alias is showing but after my alias i get below link

http://sitename.com/follower-alias/points/history/userid:username
replace to
http://sitename.com/follower-alias/new-alias

My basic concern is how i change the inner link of the page.i hope you are getting inner links that create dynamically on the pages. How i change it from my alias.

So please let me know is this possible or not. If possible then how i do this so i'll replace it all the links from my custom alias.
