How do you set Privacy of a Photo Album in Groups?

I just noticed that the Privacy setting for Photo Album in Groups is set to Everyone and there is no option to change it. Does it mean Everyone in the Group or Everyone in the Community?

Can I share a Photo Album to a different Group that I am also a member? Or do I have to re-upload all the pictures that I want to share in each Group?
