How do I limit who can be a "Blogger" in EasyBlog?

I noticed that all Joomla Users appear as "Bloggers". I only want specific users to be bloggers and submit content. Can you provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to limit who can be a blogger?

I need to do this as I noticed on my test site that anyone could register on the Joomla site and then become a blogger and make submissions. I need to restrict access to this feature to specific Joomla users.
