How do I edit a subscription email?

I looked and looked, and I only see where to edit the header of the email, the subscribed email has a typo:
You can see the last word is: subsciption
It should read: subscription

You've subscribed to blog ' ' at link http://itisalwayssomething.com/latest

If you did not perform the above action, please click on the unsubscribe link below to cancel the subsciption.

Still please tell me where to edit this and all emails, and possibly add it to your documentation and help screens...
