How do I change the "in" in front of the categories in the footer?

I am trying to figure out how to change the "in" text so it says "Posted in" at the bottom of each post where it lists the categories. I found the language entry, but it's just got this weird %2 thing in there and I don't want to break something if there's a setting somewhere for this that I'm just missing.
