How do I allow a Joomla Group to access ES Backend Dashboard?

In the backend Options, I set the Joomla Group > Staff > Access Administration Interface to Allowed and I guess Access Administration Interface is the Dashboard but when I click on Components > EasySocial it does not take me to the Dashboard but instead it just refreshed the page. All other settings under Access Administration Interface seems to work except for the Dashboard.
