How can I know a website is built with what CMS?

As a beginner, I'm going to build a good-looking blog website, but want the easiest way to build. I'm looking for a user-friendly CMS to create the main structure of my site. Please have a look at: http://www.threehosts.com/ratings/wordpress-vs-joomla-vs-drupal.html. As you can see they have provided a collection of websites created with WP, Drupal and Joomla. How can I understand if these websites are really built with the mentioned software? And how can I know if they have used any template for their sites or they have only used the mentioned CMS? Because some of these websites look really great and professional and due to I'm on a tight budget I don't want to pay for any template or theme.

@Emad, there is indeed much you can learn by understanding what technology others are using to build their websites. There are many resources you can find from plugins and extensions for browsers to sites specifically made to do this kind of thing. For example, you want to learn more about the site you found that compares CMS systems? Click on this link (they apparently don't use any of the CMS in their comparison for their own site but use a so-called "agile information management system" called Endeca). You can enter any site there you like and find out more. It is useful once you have selected a CMS that meets your needs and find sites that appear to meet your expectations, funnel them through this resource and you will learn insights into how you can achieve various goals for your own site.
