How can i change the color of the menú?

Hello guys.

I need to change the colour of the menu tabs on easy social.. my background has a similar color so the name of the tabs is not seeing as i want it.

Is the menu resalted in blue

Ovbiously i need that this is not changed with an update of easy social..
