How admin to get email notification about new user?

Hello. How can I set up site to get email notification (send it to specific admin or email) about new registered user?

Not for activation, just to let me know about new users.

Updated: I need to know user’s email.
Because other admins delete spam users, but spammers register with the same email. I want to create empty unactive users page to prevent spammers register with the same email.
