ES has some unique form fields called multiple text field. User can create as many field they want to, just by clicking plus or minus.
However, I am trying to setup a profile which I call " breeder". Within that profile user should have an option to submit horse pedigrees into the profile. Now there some CSS / HTML Generators on the internet which can create html and css table.
In screenshot, you see that I just included an empty pedigree table in form field "html".

So here is my request: Is it possible to create a pedigree table in the form field given user a chance to fill it with information. That would really make sense to them since Facebook does not have something like this closely. At least not that I know.
If not possible no problem, but you may have an advise how this could be accomplished.
