Hi how can I do to used dashboard composer in new window in frontend?

Hi

I want to know if I can use dashboard composer post in new window? because when I use in my test site I have a big problem my sticky menu is above dashboard composer, for this some options is hard to use, or make the dashboard composer windows, a little more tiny, I send pic.

Another thing I try to make a new item menu for the dashboard composer layout but I have a error 404, I dont know why, Or what I do wrong, see pics.
