help with conversekit links

Hi Team,

i am using the conversekit chat. I would like to know how I could open a message via link. Meaning: A user receives a notification mail that another user send him a message. In the email, there is a link to the conversation. If the user opens the link, the user should go to the homepage and the conversekit chat window with the respective chat of the two users should open.

I did not understand how conversekit uses URLs. Can you help me with this?
